- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Palmira al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por María Cristina Marmolejo Carvajal contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales y en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo del derecho de petición solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Palmira, que si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, responda de fondo la solicitud elevada por la accionante, notificándole a ésta sobre lo decidido.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
