- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Bogota, el 10 de mayo de 2004, en la accion de tutela presentada por el senor Eduardo Muentes Lopez contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, si aun no lo ha hecho, proceda a dar repuesta de fondo a la peticion elevada por el demandante el 23 de octubre de 2003.
- Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
