CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 19 de diciembre de 2003, por medio de la cual el Juzgado 2º Civil Municipal de Quibdó negó la tutela invocada por el señor José Alberto Palacios en el proceso iniciado por éste contra el Municipio del Cantón de San Pablo, considerando que existe carencia actual de objeto.
  2. Segundo. LÍBRESE por secretaría la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
