- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas en este Fallo, las Sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado 31 Civil del Circuito de Bogota, el 10 de marzo de 2004, para resolver la accion de tutela instaurada contra la Caja de Prevision Social por la senora Myriam Esther Rojas Arrieta -Expediente T-877.236; el 12 de marzo del presente ano, para decidir el amparo deprecado por Maria Cecilia Palacio Palacio -Expediente T-879.328- y el 17 de marzo del mismo ano, para resolver la proteccion solicitada por la senora Josefa Antonia Merino de Lujan -Expediente T-879.329- y en su lugar, amparar el derecho de peticion de las accionantes.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la accionada que en las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, si no lo ha hecho, resuelva el recurso de apelacion interpuesto por Myriam Esther Rojas Arrieta el 7 de noviembre de 2003, contra la Resolucion No. 20248 de 2003, Rad. No. 18605.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a CAJANAL que en las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, si no lo ha hecho, resuelva de fondo las solicitudes de reliquidacion de pension gracia elevadas por Maria Cecilia Palacio Palacio y Josefa Antonia Merino de Lujan, el 24 de octubre y el 13 de agosto del ano 2003 respectivamente.
- Cuarto. Librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
