- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Cuarenta y Uno Penal del Circuito de Bogotá D.C., mediante el cual se denegó la tutela interpuesta por Henry Pulecio Ramos contra Cajanal.
- Segundo. Tutelar el derecho constitucional fundamental de petición del actor y en consecuencia, Ordenar al Director de Cajanal que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a resolver el recurso de apelación interpuesto por el actor el 27 de agosto de 2001.
- Tercero. Compulsar copias de esta sentencia y del expediente respectivo, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para lo de su competencia.
- Cuarto. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
