- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 14 Penal del Circuito de Cali, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Alba Arias de Alzate, y, en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social, Seccional Cali que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de este Fallo, responda de fondo la solicitud elevada por la accionante, notificándole a ésta sobre lo decidido.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
