- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el veintiocho (28) de junio de dos mil dos (2002), por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena, sala Laboral, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Maria de los Santos Padilla Correa contra el Seguro Social Seccional Bolivar y en su lugar, CONCEDE el derecho de peticion invocado por la actora de acuerdo a las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al gerente del Seguro Social Seccional Bolivar, o quien haga sus veces, proceda en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente decision, sino se hubiere hecho, proferir acto administrativo que resuelva de fondo el recurso de apelacion interpuesto contra la resolucion No. 2258 del 10 de septiembre de 2001, por medio de la cual, se nego pension de invalidez a la actora..
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
