- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura del 8 de agosto de 2002 y, en consecuencia, conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva respecto de los hechos, declarar que ya no tiene objeto la presente tutela a los derechos fundamentales de petición y debido proceso del señor Alonso Bayona Martínez.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
