- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por la razon expuesta en esta providencia, la sentencia de tutela proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe, el 18 de noviembre de 1998, en la cual se denego el amparo impetrado por el senor Jorge Hernando Ruge.
- Segundo. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
