- Primero. Revocar la providencia del treinta (30) de agosto de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, Sala de Familia, en la acción de tutela interpuesta por Luis Enrique Sastoque Ruiz contra el Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República. En consecuencia, se concede la protección al derecho de petición.
- Se ordena al Fondo que, si aún no lo ha hecho, proceda dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, a resolver la solicitud de pensión elevada por el actor el 12 de noviembre de 1999.
- Segundo. Por la Secretaría, envíese de esta sentencia a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para lo de su competencia, de conformidad con la parte motiva de este proveído.
- Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
