- tercero. laboral del Circuito de Manizales.
- Segundo. CONCEDER el derecho de petición y debido proceso a la accionante y ordenar al ISS que en el término de 24 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, responda el recurso de apelación interpuesto subsidiariamente contra la resolución 5666 de 25 de septiembre de 1997.
