- Primero. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el fallo del 27 de febrero de 2002 de la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que a su vez confirmó la sentencia del 7 de diciembre de 2001 de la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, la cual denegó el amparo constitucional solicitado por el doctor Mario Galofre Cano.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia del 19 de marzo de 2002 de la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que había confirmado el fallo del 28 de noviembre de 2001 de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, decisión que concedió la tutela interpuesta por el doctor Juan de Jesús Bernal Roa y, en su lugar, NEGAR el amparo solicitado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
