- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del juzgado diecisiete civil del circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá proferido el veinticinco de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y siete y en su lugar se deniega la tutela formulada por el actor referente a reliquidación de su pensión de jubilación, pero sí se protege el derecho de petición del accionante y en consecuencia se le ordena a la Caja de Previsión Social que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, si aún no lo ha hecho, proceda a dar respuesta a la petición elevada por el señor Fernando Socha respecto a su reliquidación de pensión de jubilación.
- DESE CUMPLIMIENTO a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
