- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el diecinueve (19) de abril de dos mil uno (2001), por el Tribunal Superior de Cartagena, Sala Laboral, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Adriana del Carmen Parra Cruz contra la Caja de Credito Agrario Industrial y Minero en liquidacion y en su lugar, CONCEDE por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Agraria en liquidacion, proceda a dar cumplimiento en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente decision, lo resuelto por la Sala de Revision. En el evento en que la respuesta se haya efectuado, se ordenara al mismo ente demandado informar de ello al Juzgado
- septimo. Laboral del Circuito de Cartagena, juez de primera instancia en la presente tutela.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
