- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas en este Fallo, la Sentencia proferida el Juzgado 4deg Penal del Circuito de Palmira-Valle del Cauca, el veinticinco (25) de noviembre de 2003 y en su lugar, amparar el derecho de peticion, de la accionante.
- En consecuencia ORDENAR al Seguro Social Seccional Valle del Cauca, que en las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, si no lo ha hecho, resuelva la solicitud de revocatoria directa elevada por la senora Marleni Londono de Sanchez desde el 27 de junio de 2003, contra la Resolucion No. 7391 de 1999.
- Segundo. Librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
