- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 31 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por la señora TERESITA DEL NIÑO JESUS RESTREPO. En consecuencia, ORDENA a Cajanal - Seccional Bogotá, para que si no lo ha hecho, resuelva dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, el recurso de apelación interpuesto por la actora contra la resolución que reliquida su pensión de jubilación.
- Tercero. DAR cumplimiento al articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
