Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el 14 de noviembre de 1996 y, en su lugar, tutelar el derecho de petición de los ciudadanos Marcos Orlando Romero Quevedo, Alfredo Villabon Hernández y Luz Elida Bonilla Guzmán.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión que, si aún no lo ha hecho, resuelva la petición de los ciudadanos nombrados en el numeral anterior, dentro del término máximo de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al Juzgado
Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, para los fines previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
