Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del siete de noviembre de 2000 proferido por el Juzgado
Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Manizales y el fallo del catorce de diciembre de 2000 proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial Sala Penal de Manizales.
Segundo. ORDENAR a las entidades financieras Banco Granahorrar y Banco Central Hipotecario responder de fondo y detalladamente el derecho de petición del señor Fabio Uribe Botero en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificación del fallo.
Tercero. ORDENAR a la Superitendencia Bancaria la revisión del proceso de reliquidación del crédito hipotecario a largo plazo Nº 450-027-02703260-3 del señor Fabio Uribe Botero realizado por el Banco Central Hipotecario.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
