- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de primera instancia proferida por el Tribunal Superior, Sala Laboral de Santa Marta (Magdalena) en cuanto tutelo el derecho de peticion del senor Faraon Antonio del Portillo Mercado.(Expediente T-175499).
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogota en el expediente T-175639.
- Tercero. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogota dentro del expediente T-182251. En consecuencia, se ordena a Foncolpuertos, si aun no lo ha hecho, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, resuelva las peticiones elevadas por el senor Luis Eduardo Santrich Barrios.
- Cuarto. LIBRENSE la comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
