- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, expediente T-171939 en tanto ordeno la inclusion en nomina del actor. Confirmarla en cuanto concedio la tutela por derecho de peticion.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, dentro del expediente T-168720.
- Tercero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogota en el expediente T. 164423, y en su lugar negar la tutela.
- Cuarto. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
