- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla y por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Soledad negando la tutela solicitada por el senor William Munoz Toledo, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela al derecho de peticion del actor y ordenar al Tesorero Municipal de Soledad, que responda, si aun no lo ha hecho, la solicitud presentada por el peticionario en el improrrogable termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo de tutela.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de esta sentencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Soledad, al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, al Tesorero Municipal de Soledad (Atlantico), y al peticionario de la presente tutela.
