- 1. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos el 7 de marzo de 1994 por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Sincé -Sucre-, al resolver sobre acciones de tutela instauradas por CARLOS ALBERTO SIERRA MORENO, JUAN JOSE RAMIREZ RODRIGUEZ, SIXTA VICTORIA VERGARA MARTINEZ y MARCIAL TORIBIO BERMEJO MENA.
- 2. ADICIONAR las mencionadas providencias en el sentido de ordenar que se compulsen copias de los expedientes y de esta sentencia con destino al Procurador General de la Nación para lo de su cargo.
- 3. PREVENIR al Alcalde Municipal de Sincé para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en conductas omisivas como las que dieron lugar a las acciones de tutela en referencia, en particular respecto al cumplimiento de fallos judiciales y en lo concerniente a la violación de derechos constitucionales fundamentales.
- 4. DESE CUMPLIMIENTO a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
