Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 5 de mayo de 2003, por la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior de Cartagena. En consecuencia, conceder el derecho al minimo vital del accionante.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la gerente liquidadora de la empresa ALCALIS de Colombia, LTDA. EN LIQUIDACION, que incluya al senor Manuel Enrique Torres Castro accionante en la nomina de pensionados, por ser beneficiario de una pension restringida de jubilacion reconocida en sendos fallos judiciales.
Tercero. ORDENAR a la gerente liquidadora de la empresa ALCALIS de Colombia, LTDA. EN LIQUIDACION, que adelante las operaciones que sean necesarias para obtener la liquidez que permita atender la obligacion que tiene con el pensionado Manuel Enrique Torres Castro, todo lo cual no podra sobrepasar del termino de tres meses.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
