- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota D.C., el dia 28 de mayo de 1996, para resolver el proceso de tutela radicado con el numero T-100.559, cuyos actores son: Fabriciano Pedraza, Juan Bautista Calderon Bautista, German Jimenez Delgado, Humberto Villalba Rodriguez, Maria Virginia Puerto Camacho, Jorge Eliecer Guzman Sabogal, Amparo Marin Arias, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota D.C. -Sala Laboral- el 29 de mayo de 1996,para resolver el proceso de tutela radicado con el numero T-100.563, y en su lugar NEGAR la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad, al trabajo, al debido proceso y a la seguridad social la igualdad, al trabajo, al debido proceso y a la seguridad social, solicitada por los senores Martha Haydee Villamizar Jaimes, Mario de Jesus Carranza Alfonso y Clara Ines Prieto Acosta, por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia a los Juzgados
- Tercero. (3deg), y Decimoprimero (11deg) Laborales del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C., en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
