- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Ibagué del 23 de agosto de 1996 y el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué del 19 de julio del mismo año.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada. En consecuencia se ordena a la Caja de Previsión Social de Santafé de Bogotá, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) incluya nuevamente al señor Jesús Efren Ocampo, en la nómina para el pago de pensiones.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE, por Secretaría General, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
