- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Istmina (Choco), por el cual se denego el amparo deprecado por Jose Chari Pisario Membache, Luz Marina Mosquera Benitez, Nildia Elena Moreno Mosquera, Abilio Cabezon Chamapuro, Narcila Victoria Vivas Ibarguen, Maria Daicy Arboleda Cordoba y Alina Iriana Richard Pena, en su demanda contra la Alcaldia Municipal de Istmina por violacion de los derechos al debido proceso, al trabajo y a la vida. En su lugar, tutelar los derechos al debido proceso y al trabajo.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Alcaldia Municipal de Istmina que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, revoque los actos por los cuales dejo sin efectos juridicos los nombramientos de los peticionarios. Al efecto debera tomar las medidas administrativas que de alli se deriven con cabal respeto de los derechos fundamentales de los actores.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria LIBRESE la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
