- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Civil el día 29 de marzo de 1993, y en su lugar CONFIRMAR parcialmente los numerales 1o. y 2o. de la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil del Circuito de Bogotá el día 25 de febrero del mismo año, en el sentido de conceder la tutela instaurada por AMANDA GOMEZ BOTERO por violación del derecho a la seguridad social -y concretamente del derecho adquirido al disfrute de una pensión de vejez-.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
