- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Armenia, Sala Laboral, el 14 de septiembre de 1998, dentro del proceso promovido por Martha Lucía Rodríguez de Corrales en contra del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, por las razones anotadas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho de la demandante Martha Lucía Rodríguez de Corrales a continuar disfrutando de la pensión de sobrevivientes a ella reconocida, a partir de la fecha en que le fue suspendida, hasta tanto la jurisdicción competente resuelva la controversia que existe en relación con el reconocimiento de la misma.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
