- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Quibdó el 27 de agosto de 1998, en cuanto tuteló los derechos al debido proceso, el trabajo y el sustento mínimo vital de María Teonila Ríos Cossio.
- Segundo. MODIFICAR dicho fallo en el sentido de otorgar la tutela de manera definitiva.
- La Alcaldía Municipal de Bagadó, si aún considera que ello procede, deberá acudir a la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa para demandar su propio acto.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Bagadó para los efectos contemplados en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
