- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencia de 24 de febrero de 1995 del Juzgado 2º Laboral de Cali y de 24 de marzo del mismo año de la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali, proferidas en la tutela de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela y, consecuencialmente, ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguro Sociales que en el término de 48 horas continúe pagando a Celia Monsalve de Parra la sustitución pensional que motivó la presente tutela y se le cancelen las mesadas debidas.
- TERCERO. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- CUARTO. El Juzgado de 1ª Instancia vigilará el cumplimiento de este fallo.
