- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali, de fecha 21 de febrero de 1995 y en su lugar, se dispone conceder la tutela solicitada por el señor Cosme Lozano Ramos.
- En tal virtud, el señor Cosme Lozano Ramos podrá continuar disfrutando de la pensión de invalidez otorgada por la División de Prestaciones Sociales del Departamento del Valle.
- Segundo. Librar comunicación a la División de Prestaciones Sociales del Departamento del Valle del Cauca para que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes adopte las medidas necesarias con el fin de restablecer el pago de las mesadas pensionales al accionante.
- Tercero. Librar comunicación al Tribunal Superior de Cali, Sala Laboral, a efecto de que notifique esta sentencia a las partes respectivas.
