R E S U E L V E:
Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por Tribunal Administrativo de Nariño, el día 26 de abril del 2001, por medio de la cual se negó la tutela solicitada y, en su lugar, conceder el amparo impetrado por la accionante, por violación a su derecho a la igualdad, al debido proceso y a la educación.
Segundo. ORDENAR el ingreso de Nubia Yesenia Revelo Rosero a la Facultad de Economía en el Programa de Comercio Internacional y Mercadeo, para el próximo periodo académico a iniciarse en el año 2002.
Tercera.- Por Secretaría se deberá comunicar esta decisión, al señor Fiscal del Resguardo Indígena del Gran Cumbal, a efectos de que si lo considera pertinente adelante la correspondiente investigación tendiente a esclarecer cuáles fueron las razones que motivaron las contradicciones que se presentaron en las certificaciones expedidas sobre la señorita Nubia Yesenia Revelo Rosero, por parte de las autoridades indígenas de ese Resguardo.
Cuarta .- Por Secretaría, líbrense las demás comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
