- Primero. REVOCAR la providencia de fecha agosto 23 del año 2000, proferida por el Juzgado Doce Penal del Circuito de Santiago de Cali y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela a los derechos invocados por la peticionaria MARIA LUISA LOZADA. En consecuencia se ordenará al ISS-Seccional Cali, para que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia procede al pago de la licencia de maternidad de la peticionaria, pudiendo repetir por lo pagado contra el patrono de la demandante en tutela.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
