- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal Municipal de Cali, de fecha veintiuno (21) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), en la acción de tutela presentada por María Yaney Miranda Campo contra el Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Valle del Cauca. En consecuencia, se concede al tutela pedida.
- Para el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta tutela, el Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Valle del Cauca, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente decisión, iniciará los trámites correspondientes para el reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones económicas por licencia de maternidad de la demandante.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
