Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos en el proceso de la referencia en primera y segunda instancia por el Juzgado Veintidos Penal del Circuito de Medellin y por la Sala de Decision Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellin, el 27 de septiembre de 1999 y el 2 de noviembre del mismo ano, respectivamente.
Segundo. CONCEDER a la senora Liliana Maria Mesa Valencia la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales invocados y, en consecuencia, ordenar a la entidad promotora de salud Compania Suramericana de Salud S.A. que, en las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, proceda a reconocerle y pagarle la prestacion economica por maternidad a que tiene derecho de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva.
Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
