- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 5 de diciembre de 2003 por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Sahagun -Cordoba- y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos fundamentales a la vida digna y a la seguridad social en conexidad con el derecho al minimo vital de la senora SOL MARIA MONTIEL PACHECO.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Humana Vivir E.P.S., que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
