PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, Sala de Familia, de Cali, el 28 de mayo de 2002. En su lugar CONCEDER la acción de tutela interpuesta por Melina del Mar Marín Espinosa contra el Seguro Social.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la EPS del Seguro Social, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Melina del Mar Marín Espinosa.
TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
