Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Noveno. Penal del Circuito de Bucaramanga de fecha mayo 11 de 2000, que a su vez confirmó la sentencia de fecha 23 de marzo de 2000.
Segundo. CONCEDER el derecho al pago oportuno de la licencia de maternidad de la actora. En consecuencia ordenar a la EPS del ISS Seccional-Bucaramanga, que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Alba Marina Rangel Arias.
Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
