Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado Sesenta y Seis Penal Municipal de Santa Fe de Bogotá el 25 de febrero de 1999 y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá, Sala Penal, el 5 de abril del año en curso, respecto de las acciones de tutela instauradas por ALBA MARLEN CELY PULIDO y STELLA HERNANDEZ REYES, contra el Seguro Social, y, en su lugar, conceder la protección solicitada.
Segundo. ORDENAR al SEGURO SOCIAL que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar, si aún no lo hubiere hecho, con la debida indexación, las prestaciones económicas que, por concepto de licencia de maternidad, corresponden a las señoras ALBA MARLEN CELY PULIDO y STELLA HERNANDEZ REYES, en virtud del nacimiento de sus hijos, hecho acaecido durante los meses de agosto y septiembre del año de 1998.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
