Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el veintinueve (29) de julio de dos mil dos (2002), por el Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca Sala Laboral, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Myriam Consuelo Hidalgo Reyes contra el Seguro Social Seccional Cundinamarca, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
Segundo. En consecuencia, se CONCEDE la accion de tutela para la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales a la seguridad social, maternidad y a la proteccion del recien nacido, para lo cual se ORDENA al gerente del Seguro Social Seccional Cundinamarca, o a quien haga sus veces, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) horas, siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, sino lo hubiere hecho, inicie los tramites correspondientes para el reconocimiento y pago de la prestacion economica por licencia de maternidad de la actora.
Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
