- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga, el 24 de noviembre de 1999, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Cecilia Ortíz Afanador contra el Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Santander. En su lugar CONCEDER la acción de tutela.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la EPS del Seguro Social, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Cecilia Ortíz Afanador.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
