- Primero. CONFIRMAR las Sentencias de fechas 21 de marzo y 2 de mayo del 2000, proferidas por los Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil Municipal y
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga, respectivamente.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente del I.S.S. Seccional Santander, para que en el término de 48 horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a informar a la afiliada Clara Piedad Ariza Quintero, el procedimiento administrativo y las diligencias necesarias para el reclamo y la liquidación de la licencia de maternidad.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
