- Primero. REVOCAR la providencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil Municipal de Cartagena de Indias, de diez (10) de junio de dos mil tres (2003) dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Mary Luz Calderón Jiménez contra SALUDCOOP E.P.S.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela para la protección de los derechos fundamentales a la seguridad social, maternidad y a la protección del recién nacido, para lo cual SE ORDENA al gerente de SaludCoop o quien haga sus veces, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, sino lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda pagar a favor de la señora MARY LUZ CALDERON JIMÉNEZ, el valor de la licencia de maternidad a ella reconocida.
- Tercero. Líbrese por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
