- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia del veintitrés (23) de febrero de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Luz Enith Castilla Guerrero, contra el señor Alfredo Luis Lambraño Coronado. En su lugar, CONCÉDASE el amparo solicitado, en los términos expresados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDÉNASE al señor Alfredo Luis Lambraño Coronado, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad de la actora, con base en el salario mínimo legal vigente en la época del nacimiento de la criatura. 1
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
