- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 1° Laboral del Circuito de Popayán del 24 de noviembre de 1998. En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida, la salud y la seguridad social de la señora Ana Lujan Muñoz Muñoz.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto del Seguro Social E.P.S. Seccional Cauca, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, adopte las medidas dirigidas a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la demandante Ana Lujan Muñoz Muñoz.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
