- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Décimo. Penal Municipal de Barranquilla, el veintisiete (27) de julio de dos mil (2000), que negó la tutela solicitada por Alcira del Carmen Tirado Cantillo.
- Segundo. CONCEDER a la señora Alcira del Carmen Tirado Cantillo la protección solicitada y, en consecuencia, ordenar al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales - Seccional Atlántico, que en las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reconocerle y pagarle la licencia de maternidad a que tiene derecho de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
