- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veintisiete (27) Penal Municipal de Bogotá, por la cual negó la tutela promovida por Mónica Maritza Cabra y en su lugar CONCEDER la protección de los derechos fundamentales al mínimo vital, a la maternidad y los derechos de la niñez.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a Famisanar EPS que en el término de 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo realice el pago de la licencia de maternidad de la señora Mónica Maritza Cabra Moncaleano.
- TERCERO. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
