- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Diecinueve Civil Municipal de Bogotá D.C. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho al pago oportuno de la licencia de maternidad de la señora MARTA CECILIA CIFUENTES BAEZ.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a COMPENSAR E.P.S. que, a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a reconocer y pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora MARTA CECILIA CIFUENTES BAEZ.
- TERCERO. PREVENIR a la entidad demandada para que se apreste a cumplir lo señalado en este fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que en lo sucesivo no repita la omisión que dio origen a la presente acción.
