- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, del 1º de diciembre de 1999, en el caso de Irma Yolanda Gutiérrez Bejarano contra Famisanar E.P.S. y el Gimnasio Villaluz.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
