- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, el 27 de enero de 1999, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora Betty Marín Peña.
- Segundo. CONCEDER de manera transitoria, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 8º del Decreto 2591 de 1991 la acción de tutela presentada por Betty Marín Peña contra la Empresa Apuestas Centenario Conapi 14.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la Empresa Apuestas Centenario Conapi 14, el reintegro al empleo que venía desempeñando la señora Betty Marín Peña y, su vinculación INMEDIATA a una entidad de seguridad social. Igualmente, se ordena al empleador pagar a la demandante, la suma que le corresponda por concepto de la licencia de maternidad.
- Cuarto. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
